DESCRIPTION

  1. 2 teams on a small pitch
  2. one team start by shooting towards one of the goals.If they score in that goal then they continue with the ball but shooting towards the other goal
  3. Other team will then automatically change which way they are shooting
  4. the players are paired with a person on the opposite team. If that person scores, their matched player has to do a forfeit (eg. running to the sideline on the actual pitch)

COACHING POINTS

  • will develop man to man marking skills
  • turnover is so quick that 1 player will be doing forfeit whilst the others continue to play -  DEVELOP OVERLOAD
