Start with a jog around the pitch and then have players start on the sideline do walk jog run to the cones and then back 3 times (there and back is 1). Have players pick up their sticks. Shuttle runs with a ball in pairs or threes as one player the pair does an exercise. Sit ups, press ups, squats, burpees finish with plank and then put sticks down and walk jog run again.
