Attacking down the left channel variation

DESCRIPTION

Drill designed to train attacking down left channel, leading, passing, receiving and decision making

COACHING POINTS

  • Player A passes to B and leads down the line
  • Player B receives from player A and then passes back to player A on the run
  • Player A attacks the space (obstacles may be used) and then passes to Player C
  • Player C leads away from circle to receive from player A
  • Player C then passes to Player D who leads along base line into circle
  • Player D then has two choices:
  1. Pass to player E who has lead from midfield into the circle 
  2. Have a shot at goal
