DESCRIPTION

Distribution drill leading into far post deflection

COACHING POINTS

  • A passes to B with a slap or short grip hit
  • B passes to C and leads to position D
  • Player C hits ball between the gates to player B who has lead to receive at position D
  • Player B receives and then hits the ball far post where player E has lead deceptively to position F

Rotations:

  • A - C
  • C - B
  • B - E
  • E - A
