DESCRIPTION

Basic push passing exercises 

 

 

COACHING POINTS

PUSH PASS

1) Simple push between two players

  • soft cushioning of ball
  • upright positon 
  • weight behind ball when passing

2) start anti-clockwise (max 6 players, min 4)

  • focus on ball control, turning to face each cone.
  • use of elbow around corners.
  • body position facing where you want the ball to go

Clockwise

  • Use of elbow
  • Feet around the ball
