1) Keep participants split into two teams and mark out a playing area with a goal at either end.
2) Get both teams to go to opposite sides of the pitch and assign themselves a number between 1-5.
3) When a players number is called they must run a touch there goalpost and run back to the middle of the pitch. Once this is done the ball is rolled into play by the coach.
4) Both players participate in a 1v1 aiming to score in the oppositions goal.
5) Once the goal has been scored that is the end of play for those numbers and they retreat to the side for another number to be called.
6) If the ball goes out the playing area it is a 'dead ball' and players go back to the sidelines.
