5 v 5 with 2 players on the outside of the playing area.
Players on the outside can move anywhere along the side and offer a wall pass. They cannot tackle.
Inside the playing area- normal rules.
Score inside the D.
If no GK- Score in net county only. (dependant on ability)
Rotations: after player on the outside has received twice they rotate in with anyone on team.
Progression:
1. Player that receives on outside has option to pass back and lead ahead or drive into the playing area with the ball. (In both scenarios the player that passed them the ball takes their place on the outside.
2. Increase pitch to full width and play as full 7 a-side half pitch.
Long and narrow pitch highlights need for width.
