Very simmilar to the first exercise the players will play in open play, but they MUST post up and pass the ball quickly in order to win during their following matches.

It is very important that all players are shouting for the ball and running towards the ball carier with speed. As soon as they receive the ball they will roll out and look for someone else to pass to. In turn this player will be posting up too.
