Here the players will work in two teams. The players in blue will try to pass the ball to their other teamates across the middle box which is defended by the red team.
The red team must focus on defending in such a manor which all of their left feet are being guarded: They must cover their team mate's weak side with their forehand.
If a player intercepts the ball they will switch with the person who passed it in.
