DESCRIPTION

Instruct players of their stance: Keep low, extend arms away from body. The left hand should be placed at the top of the stick and the right two fists below or where comfotable for the player. Remind players of the yardstick motion and make players use the momentum from the ball to their advantage. Demonstrate the movement of the forehand lift. Let learners practice stategically for 5 minutes.
