Red Starts with the ball.
Receivers pass the ball to the cone directly opposite theirs.
Phase 1
In this case Blue makes the run to the center where he receives the ball form Red (push pass) and passes it to the cone directly opposite to his (the Grey players).
The Blue palyer then follows his pass (to the Grey players).
Phase 2
Now red makes a run, after Blue has made the pass and started to follow his pass.
Grey push passes the ball and Red passes it to the players directly opposite him (the Yellow players).
The exercise continues with players passing to their respective right cones.
