Positioning in '22' and half circle
4 players are needed for this drill and they will work together to get a goal. Once they are in the correct positions as shown in diagram the ball is passed between them, when it gets to player 4 she will take the position of wing and run to the back line. The other 3 most organise themselves so that one player goes to top D and the other 2 go to the posts, player 4 should pass up to player 3 just before hitting the semicircle. Top D player will shoot for goal.
If there is Goal keeper avalible get her padded up to practice saving
set this drill up on both sides to make sure people are not standing around
