DESCRIPTION

  1. Players A,D,F represent three strikers during a Press
  2. They form arrow head formation to push the defenders to one direction.
  3. On the command of the central midfielder they will force the defence one way to create the turn over.
  4. Player F will stat with the ball and run forward.
  5. He will perform a elimination skill at the cones and carry on running to T-point where he will do the same.
  6. Player D will make a run to far post when the ball is made live.
  7. Player A can either make a run to P-spot or to a 90 degree anglrof Player F
  8. Player F will then pick a pass too any of the two players who will then shoot.

COACHING POINTS

  • Remaining players line up behind player F.
  • Players follow their pass after each round.
  • Intensity should be high.
