Forestick Trap

Great site. An absolute must for coaches who are willing to change...
Ignatius

DESCRIPTION

The receiver should adopt a ski posture and should stand sideways on to allow vision of both ball and defender

The ball is trapped next to the right foot

At the moment before the pass the receiver should take the eyes from the ball and check the position of a defender (the player must turn and shout the colour of a cone held by the coach)
