Get into two lines either side of the goal and one player stands on the spot in the D. pass the ball to the player on the spot and follow your pass. The player on the spot has to try and slap the ball into the goal.
Once they have attemted to slap the ball join the other side. opposite side then passes the ball to the next player who will then repeat.
