Progression:
Introduce defenders

Introduce ‘positive feet’- before the player receives the ball, their feet should be pointing in the direction they want to go once they have received the ball.
Receiving from left: player should track ball across their body with their stick and control the ball at 1-2pm (skill-space)
Receiving from right: receive ball at back foot with positive feet
Tactical:
Push for short pass, slap for long, slap/push final shot
