Set up as shown in the diagram. Both the players at the baseline, A, must inject the ball to their respective team mate, B, as fast as they can. B will stop the ball and push it out so A can run up and quickly take a shot.
Coaches must be alert at all times during this drill. Should a player still be running while the other is about to hit, blow your whistle and stop the drill. Or, only allow players to hit the ball once the other player has reached the edge of the D.
