Player stands iwth both feet behind the starting line (A), heels down and touching the ground. When the player moves either heel, time starts. The player runs to line B (10 yards from line A) and picks up the first ball, returns to line A and sets the ball down then returns to line B picks up the second ball and runs across line A. Time is stopped when the player's torso breaks the plane of the line A.
Be sure that the player sets the ball down with control.
