DESCRIPTION

  1. Partner up and one of you dribbles the ball across the field and back again to your partner, who does the same.
  2. When he returns, you go again but this time dribble it across the field and back twice.
  3. Continue this process until you reach a point where you are dribbling the width of the pitch and back six times.
