1. Kicking left and right foot two times on each foot aiming to kick between the blue cones (push the ball to the inside of the post each time) (make sure the goalkeeper is using the appropriate foot for each side and not cross kicking.
2. Run round the back of the blue cones and dive to save and clear the ball being pushed at the far cone. (Watch the dive for the end position and correct at the end of the drill if needed)
3. Track back to the about the penalty spot then smother the ball between the middle and top of the 'D'
4. RUn around the back of the second set of the blue cones. Once at the base line sprint to the post either for a low dive or a high dive. Then run to the yellow cone just off the base line and sprint back to the goal for another high or low dive.
