Mark off a suitable square area with a ring or box in the middle. Divide players into groups of 3v1 or 4v2. If there are 4 attackers, place 4 balls in the box. If there are 3 attackers, place 3 in the box.
A defender passes a ball from the box to an attacker.
Attackers must then keep the ball for [5] passes before trying to place the ball back in the box.
Defenders must hit the ball out of the playing zone.
Keep playing until there are no balls left in the box, then switch defenders.
