Split group into teams of 3 or 4.
Set-up as shown in diagram (teams line-up at double cones with balls)
Relays:
1) Self Start - players dribble to each cone, come to dead stop and then move to next stop. Place ball in circle and run back to tag next player. Completed when all balls are in circle and all players back at start.
2) Passing reverse - Have a player at each cone. Pas balls up to reverse stick reception. Last player puts ball in circle and runs to start to start next ball, all players move to next cone. Finished when all balls are in circle at end.
3) Passing Strong side: Same as above but pass ball to strong side (players receive ball and pull ball across body to make pass to next player). Finished when all balls are in circle at end.
4) Pulls (add additional cones and noodles to pull past at each cone): All players start at double cone. First players goes and pulls past each cone and places ball in circle. runs back to tag next player to go. Completed when all balls are in circle and all players back at start.
