Circuit drill for shooting on net:
Set-up circuit shooting drill as shown in diagram.
Players practice pulls: 1) run at green cone and pull right to orange 2) run at orange cone and pull left around green. End with push pass at net (red cones)
Extension: Change one side to give and go pass with coach.
Once they have shot on net collect ball and go to back of other line (flows in continuous circle for players)
