Handball: Center shot - Hip he...

Center shot hip height: A right hander should take one right footed step forward when they are about an arm's length away from their opponent. They should raise their arm to shoulder height, backwards, as if to make a normal center shot. Their right hip should be turning backward with arm and shoulder together. The player should then take a large step with their left foot, almost so that it is between the opponent's legs. The final move - players' arms move from back to front explosively, with their hand behind the ball (hand should be sideways, like you want to sweep the floor with the side of your hand). Finally, let go of the ball and point in the direction you want to throw it.

Teams try to throw ball against the other team's benches They have to use their jump shot to find a space and throw past the opposite team who are trying to protect their benches.

Players stand in line and take it in turns to pass to the feeder (blue 1) and then run forwards to move onto the return pass. Players should look to catch the ball near the 7meter line and take off before the edge of the goal area line on their strong foot. Once they've received the ball players must throw a jump shot before landing as far as possible  inside the D Variations: 3 step rythm (right handers : left,right,left and left handers : right,left,right) 2 step or even in 1 step<br />jumping off : left handers : right foot, right handers : left foot jump off with your 'wrong' foot (1,2,3 steps)

Dive Shot Technique - Forward ...

Make a movement forward with your trunk bent forward. 1. Take off with one or two feet. Bend forward with ankle, knee and hip, trunk bent forward, eyes to the goal. 2. After the shot both arms touch the floor because directly after the shot the landing takes place. 3. There must be a fast bending of the arm to cushion the fall, the trunk is brought forward and the head is in the neck. 4. Both legs are bent almost 90 degrees, feet upward. Slide forward on the floor when the chest touches the floor. Head in the neck. 5. Chest, belly and upper leg slide on the floor, while the arms push the body along the floor. 6. The body slides forward, while elbows and wrists are completely bent.

Pairs stand a couple of meters apart from one another and pass the ball to one another. Players can see how many times in a row they can pass without making a mistake. Alternatively players can take a small step back after each successful couple of passes - see which players can pass successfully from the greatest distance.

Two opposing equal sides both start on the baseline of the area with 3 balls on the center line (half as many balls as there are players). On the coach's call players sprint to try and collect the ball and claim it for their team. Once in possession of the ball players are trying to hit the opposition's cones whilst at the same time protecting their own cones. The winning team is the first team to hit all of their opponent's cones.

Pairs move to and away from each other and move in to each other while passing. They should try to receive passes while moving towards the ball and also while retreating, working on receiving the ball while running in different directions and passing to moving players.

Two teams with an equal amount of balls stand inside their own area. On the coach's call the teams start throwing the balls at the other team (below waist height - players are not trying to hurt one another). When the trainer whistles again the balls are counted. The team that has least balls in their area wins a point.

Cone Ball 217 shooting/defend ...

Two teams stand at opposite ends of the area, each player has a ball, with a line of cones along the middle. Standing at a distance from the cones (increase/ decrease distance dependant on players' ages) players take it in turns to throw and aim at the cones. Each cone that a player hits is a point for their team. Once all the cones have been hit the team with the most points is the winner.

Players stand in line waiting their turn to attack. The first player passes to player two in the middle who plays an immediate ball back into the path of the player who passed to them. This player should then catch the ball and shoot with a center shot on goal. Variations : - center shot when running - center shot hip height - center shot knee height   First without a defender, later with a passive defender who only shows the attacker where to throw : defender has hands high --&gt; attacker should decide for a shot at hip of knee height. Defender has hands low --&gt; attacket decedis to throw with a high shoulder height center shot or running shot.

The attacking player on the 7 meter line stands between the cones. When the diagonal pass is made by one of the feeders on the baseline the attacker runs around the opposite cone, catches the ball and shoots at the goal. Repeat this 4 times and then rotate your players clockwise.

Both sides line up facing one another, with the ball starting on opposite sides. The player who starts with the ball throws to the player opposite them who then returns the ball. They then throw the second player on the opposite side who also returns the ball. Finally they throw the ball across to the third player on the opposite side who then returns the ball.

The Far Jump Shot 318 jump sho...

As players run up to where they are going to throw from they should bring the ball up to shoulder height. The first step in the 1-2-3 pattern should be made with the foot they are going to jump with (so for right handed players this should be their left foot and for left-handed players vice versa). The third step should be explosive and powerful. In the air player's hip should go backward at the same time and in the same direction as the throwing arm. Pull up other leg until upper leg is parallel with the other leg. Screw back the hip and the arm should follow this movement explosively to the front.

Players take it in turns to attack in a 2 vs 1, with one player from the left pairing with the central player or a player from the right pairing with the central player (player 1 and 2 or player 2 and 3). Once players are past the defender they should have a shot on goal before retrieving the ball and rejoining the back of their respective line.

White players must try to hit the last player of the 'dragon' (the four blue players in the middle are the dragon). Players in the dragon hold each other's hips or shoulders and try to avoid the ball. In order to hit the back of the dragon the white players must pass the ball quickly around the circle. The ball is not allowed to travel further than one player at a time.

Could anywone give me some tips how to shot more efficient. I also wanna learn how to jump higher and to be more time in the air. Is there any exercises that will help me with jump and shot?
