Two teams with an equal amount of balls stand inside their own area.
On the coach's call the teams start throwing the balls at the other team (below waist height - players are not trying to hurt one another).
When the trainer whistles again the balls are counted. The team that has least balls in their area wins a point.
With stronger players increase the distance between the two grids to avoid players throwing the ball too hard at each other.
