How to improve my u9s attack, we very disjointed and 6-7 newbies in first season
Hi Gary,
A common issue amongst younger players in attack is bunching. It's therefore important to try and get your players to spread out along the pitch.
Here's a great drill for you to give a try, emphasising realigning and organising in attacking and passing it out to the wide man. You could adapt the drill to suit abilities by taking out the defenders, reducing the number of defenders or instructing them to be passive.
Hope this helps!
Archie
