The worker has to dig it back to the feeder, and prepare to receive the next shot.
Repeat for 10 spikes and then rotate.
Challenge the worker player to stay in the ready position all the time he/she is not digging. This will develop balance, reaction time and the ability to stay in ready position for longer periods.
Decrease distance between both players to make the drill more challenging (less reaction time).
