Nail, Tennis coach

DESCRIPTION

-Place markers in each corner.
-Players aim for either of the two outside markers attempting to make the opponent move.
-Players must recover quickly after each shot.

COACHING POINTS

  • Markers can also be positioned closer to service line to encourage angles.
  • Encourage players to recover as quickly as possible, ideally recovering before the opponent strikes the next ball.
  • If the player hits cross court they recover almost to the centre of the court, and if they hit down the line they move to the centre.
