Coach stands in the middle of the court and feeds the ball to the advantage side. The coach will then move left or right, and the player has to be aware of where the coach has moved, and hit a forehand to the open area opposite to where the coach is stood.
Many players have perfect strokes but they lose matches because they don't make correct decisions. Tactic is a primary key to beat any opponent so coaches should implement tactical skills into most of the drills. In this specific exercise, player learns how to be aware of the opponent's position and hit the ball away from their rival. This ability will put opponents under pressure which will result in more easy balls/unforced errors.
