Red 1 starts with the ball and gives a square pass to Red 2. This player passes the ball down the line for White 1 to run on to and receive the ball in the box, before carrying on to shoot at goal.
- If the ball down the line lacks pace, attackers should get their feet around the ball and pick the ball up strong
- If the ball comes through with pace, players should consider picking the ball up on the reverse and continue the run down the channel at pace
