- Performing the squeeze from right to left, and a reverse stick dink over hurdles
- Player should keep their heads up as much as possible
- During the squeeze, the stick should arc with the trajectory of the ball. This will make trapping the ball much easier
- More experienced players should attempt to lift the ball straight out of the squeeze trap
- Change direction, i.e. squeeze left to right and stick dink on the strong side
- Introduce a competition by having teams play off against each other
