
The ball is delivered by the feeder. If either the yellow or the red player receives it, the blue player will come through to set and the red player will fill the gap left my the blue player. If the blue player passes the yellow player will come into set and the red player will move into the gap left by the yellow player. The person who sets then retreats to middle position and the drill is run again. The setter has the options to set to either wing for an attack.
