Y Drill Cone A in the middle on end line, cone B approx. 5' in front of cone A, cone C approx. 7' to the right of cone B on an angle and cone D approx. 7' to the left of cone B on an angle. Player starts at cone B sprints to cone C, shuffles back to cone B, sprints to cone D, shuffles back to cone B, back pedals to cone A and then finishes by sprinting forward passed cone B. Coaching Points: Teaches spatial awareness, quick change in direction, and how to read and react to change.
