Players will start in service box and will alternate attacking the net. Players will both start bouncing on their toes, when the coach calls Ad or Deuce, that player attacks. The player that does not attack still bounces on their toes until they are called to attack. After the player attacks, they get back to their starting position and bounce on their toes until they go again.
Coaches should toss or hit in from the other side of the court and randomly call for player to attack. Coaches should set up cones on their side for targets and emphasize location over speed of return.
