
DRILL TYPE: Tennis Skills FOCUS: Tracking Skills EQUIPMENT: (6) Cones Red or Foam Balls (2) Buckets SETUP: Divide your players into two groups and have them line up behind the baseline and each group has a cone. The coach is at the net post with a basket of balls. DRILL: Coach tosses the ball under hand to the first player in line. The player catches the ball with the cone and returns it to the basket and runs to give the cone to the next player in line. Move the players to the right corner and then to the left to very the angle of approach. OBJECTIVES: First to 15 points wins.
