Purpose: This drill works on ball and racquet skills. Description: Divide your players into teams. Each player begins to bounce a ball with their racket; if they miss they have to sit down. The team with the last player still standing and bouncing wins. Progression: Give each player two chances. Players must be moving they cannot stand still. Safety: Ensure players are well spread out.
