Players play a single point. The ball is put into play as a underhand shot. The player who loses the point switches with their teammate. The next teammate (D) puts the next ball into play to continue the rally with the opponent, this should be done with intensity. Once a player won 3 points in a row, the ralley is ended and the team of the player earns a Rally-Point and they switch with a teammate. The game goes as long till one Team earns 5 Rally-Points.
Keep the ball in play and never give up on the point. Don't give up on the intensity!! The players should always have a ball in their pocket
