
(As used by the Springbox 2015) 3 Players start off with sliding across the tackle bags using legs and arms on the floor to slide across them. They then retire to the cones as a three and with one ball hit the contact pads and ruck over.
The low body positions needed to get across the bags should hopefully keep the players low for the 2nd stage of rucking.
