
1st player hits the pads & goes down. 2 & 3 support and clear out and secure the ball. 4 picks & drives into the opposite pads, The exercise repeats.
Ball carriers must try & stay on there feet until support arrives. Add another player to both pack & pads with the 3rd defender attempting to steal the ball. Run for 1-2 minutes then swap.
