SH passes off to FH - the other pod of 3 repeat. 2 loose defenders with the bag man, counter rucks - if the attacker is not securing correctly. If other defenders hold the offside line and call the press as the ball is passed. Then get back into the defensive line and repeat.
The attacking pods receiving the ball must have depth. Defenders must keep on side (back foot of the ruck, and must call the press (ball out).
