
4/5 attackers, 3 defenders. inter passing then 1 attacker runs in to the bag/tackle. Goes to ground and presents the ball (ideally pencill presentation_ The nearest support player "rucks" over the ir team mate and drives the bag off the ball area. The 3rd player act as scrum half and passes it the the next player running on to it. They then repeat on the next 2 bags.
Key points to work on : Looking after the ball into contact, Presentation of the ball. Correct body position (tower of power) of 1st support player (rucker). Good Depth and communication between the 3rd and 4th players. -Ask defending bags to step over the tackle (carefully)
