Speed of feet and direct attacting hands drill
Attack hard for 5m and deliver a hard, flat pass to the next man. Focus on putting the pass out in front so the next man doesn't have to change stride. Vary the distances between the men dependant on the passing ability. Team mates need to be aware of each players strengths and weaknesses. If it means standing 2m closer then stand 2m closer. The depth is key here. Players need to be learning the importance of the start point of their run.
