Nice and simple passing drill. 1st Stage - Standing start. First player runs to first cone and passes back to the next player in the line, they run to the first cone then pass back and so on. Player at the end of the line then passes back inside, then continuing along the line in that direction. 2nd Stage - First player runs to second cone, when ball carrier reaches the 1st cone, 2nd player starts his run and should aim to receive the pass at the 1st cone, he continues on to the 2nd cone, passing back when reaching it and so on. Player to loop back around and join the next line along.
Looking for good weighted passes at the right height, chest height. Waiting players with hands ready to receive the ball Waiting players calling when ball carry reaches the cone. not before. 2nd Stage - players receiving ball at pace. Nice pendulum action receiving and passing. All paying attention.
