
Pod 1 - Front player in Pod 1 takes ball at pace into contact. As entering contact, player turns 180 and pops ball back to player at back of pod 1. Player at back then passes to pod 2. Pod 2 - Hang back a bit so as not to run in front of ball. Receive ball at pace and hit up into contact. Pod 1 - Run around to support backs/to run as a pod
