Set up 4 cones in a square pattern about 5-10m apart. Initially break the group into 2 groups and have the players, in a line, stand at 2 cones diagonally across from each other. Give the first person in one of the groups a ball. The ball carrier runs to the diagonally opposite corner and passes to the first person in line. The first ball carrier goes to the end of the line of the opposite corner. The second ball carrier runs to the opposite corner and passes to the first person in that line....etc. After a few rounds of this, move some of the players to the empty cones making sure if the numbers are less than 4 per 2 cones that the starting cone has at least 2 players at the start. Now start the drill again but now there are players crossing paths and advise players to be aware of the oncoming players from the other group.
