4-6 v 6-8 25 x 10m area. Game starts with a goal line ruck. Attack has 2 minutes to score tries. 2 person latches are allowed. Defence can counter-ruck/ turn-over legally. Illegal play results in defender removed. Options: increase time duration, not allow any more than 2 pick & goes in succession, add a thrid team to increase fitness element for attackers.
