1. 3 on the tackle shields and the rest evenly behind the cones opposite the tackle pads. 2. All 3 call "Hold, Hold, Hit" and all rush up and hit the tackle pads. 3. Once they've hit the tackle pads they then hold the tackle shields and the next 3 go. 4. This should be a quick paced drill and once they have done a couple good hits get the tackle pads to walk towards them.
