Tackle bag & hit shield contact shuttle drill
Players start in bear crawl position. Players tackle the tackle bags then fold around to line up on the hit shields. The hit shield holders can vary the distance from the defenders (5-10-15m). The defenders cycle between the tackle bags and hit shields for the time decided by the coach (1 to 2 minutes).
