Attacker 1 dribbles through the cones avaoiding contact to get into the D, they play a pass to the defending team. Attackers 2 and 3 run around cones and then join in the game as the two defenders have to try and work the ball outside of the D while the three attackers maintain a press and try to win back the ball and score.
