Make 4 groups with at least 2 players lining up. Make sure you center your groups around the circle at half court. This important. Every first person of the group should have one basketball. The drill starts with your players dribbling with the right hand towards the circle. The players have to do a "Quick Stop" into the circle. (The right foot is your pivot foot) Then turn to the right, and make a chest pass to your teammate. After that you join his line, and wait for the next pass to you. Now you do it vice versa. Dribble with the left hand, your left foot is your pivot foot, turn to the left, and pass it to your teammate. Variation: Change back to the right side. After your "Quick Stop", do a reverse pivot, (you can add a little passfake) then come back to the right side, and make a pass to your teammate. Now you do it vice versa (left side)
This drill is suitalbe for warmup and passing skill
